Responsibilities
responsible for installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work on medical technology devices for customers
maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and report them to the responsible sales manager
ensure minimal downtime for all machines in your area through quick and safe troubleshooting
provide excellent customer service and quality of results
provide in-person and remote instrument training.
Qualifications
Degree as technician or engineer
Min 2 years of experience as Field Service Engineer
Travel min 4 days per week in Ireland and UK
