Lead Financial Operations for a Medical Device Company
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Leader to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape operational and financial systems in a rapidly growing medical device company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
* Collaborate with external advisors to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
* Build scalable finance systems and processes to support growth across regions.
* Oversee business operations, including HR, IT, facilities, and administration, ensuring alignment with the company's scaling needs.
* Partner with functional leaders to streamline operations and remove bottlenecks.
* Support international expansion by establishing consistent systems and processes across regions.
* Lead cross-functional projects such as implementing new systems or setting up customer support functions.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in finance, business operations, or general management, ideally within a high-growth company.
* Professional qualification in accounting or significant hands-on experience in finance-related roles.
* Proven ability to build and optimize operations, finance, HR, and administrative systems.
* High technical literacy with a track record of implementing technology-based solutions.
* Leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving cultural alignment.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solving problems independently.
* Experience in an international context (Ireland/US exposure is a plus).
* Hands-on approach with the ability to contribute strategically at a leadership level.
