Job Description The Senior Manager, Change Management, will lead and manage strategic change management initiatives across the organization.
This role involves developing and implementing high-level strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes by employees.
Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies and proven track record of delivery within a Financial Services environment.
Senior Manager will work closely with executive leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive change initiatives that align with the organisation's long-term goals and vision.
Develop and implement strategic change management frameworks and plans.
Lead and coordinate large-scale change management activities.
Conduct high-level impact analyses and assess organizational change readiness.
Identify and manage strategic risks and resistance to change.
Provide executive coaching and support to senior leaders and managers.
Facilitate strategic change management workshops and executive meetings.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep employees informed.
Monitor and measure the long-term effectiveness of change initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Certification in change management (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is a plus.
10+ years of experience in change management or related strategic roles.
Strong understanding of strategic change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Proven ability to lead and drive large-scale organizational change efforts.
Experience with strategic planning and execution.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organisational goals.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving change initiatives at a strategic level.
Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in for change initiatives.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.
Change Advocacy: Passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
