The Role Reporting to a senior leadership team, the General Manager will have full responsibility for the hotels operational and financial performance, including: Driving revenue growth through effective pricing, demand management, and cost control. Leading a multi-department operation across accommodation, food & beverage, leisure, and events. Maximising performance from substantial conference and banqueting facilities. Developing a high-performing management team and maintaining strong colleague engagement. Ensuring consistent delivery of service and operational standards. Supporting wider regional and group performance objectives. Candidate Profile Proven General Manager experience in a full-service, four-star (or equivalent) hotel.
