Someone who thrives in a high-growth environment but keeps their feet firmly on the ground.This is a pivotal role in the next stage of Blanco Niño’s growth, one focused on unlocking the full potential of our retail and foodservice partnerships. Our strategic priority is depth: strengthening and expanding the value we create within each relationship, at both head office and store level.You’ll work closely with our partners and customers in Ireland to identify new ways to grow together, whether that’s through existing formats, new product development, or new opportunities across ambient and chilled categories. It’s about spotting untapped potential, developing authentic relationships based on a genuine appreciation for the quality of our products and our unique ways of working.A key part of this role is engaging directly with the customers and store teams who buy, stock and sell our products. By spending meaningful time in-store, understanding how our products are presented, performing and perceived, you’ll build stronger, more sustainable relationships and uncover opportunities that can’t be seen from behind a desk.You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team working alongside our Head of Sales, Ireland— collectively responsible for driving Blanco Niño’s ambitious growth plans. The role is based at our Tipperary head office in Clonmel with regular travel to meet partners, visit sites, and strengthen those all-important relationships face to face.What You’ll be DoingAccount Management IrelandOwn and grow relationships across our customers in Ireland.Deliver strong commercial performance, ensuring volume, revenue, and margin targets are met by customers.Build and execute strategic account plans that deepen partnerships and deliver sustainable and profitable growth.Spend regular time in-store to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities first-hand.Relationship Building & Field EngagementConduct regular store calls to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and merchandising.Build relationships with store managers and on-the-ground teams to ensure Blanco Niño is well represented.Identify and resolve in-store issues (out-of-stocks, display compliance, planogram execution).Collect market intelligence and competitive insights from the field.Cross-Functional CollaborationWorking with the Head of Sales Ireland, partners closely with marketing, operations, supply chain, and product development teams to bring company strategies to life.Work with operations to ensure exceptional service and product availability for our customers.Represent Blanco Nino at festivals, trade shows, and consumer-facing eventsPlan and execute product sampling programs to drive trial and brand awarenessForecasting & PerformanceOwn your sales forecast, trade spend and create a plan to exceed the agreed annual plan (volume, revenue, GP, GM%).Analyse sales data and market trends to pinpoint opportunities and enhance performance.Provide actionable recommendations with a clear understanding of financial impacts.Achieve and surpass agreed sales targets and KPIs.Who You AreThe right person for this role has as much to do with attitude as with experience.You have a natural people first approach.You’re energised by being out in the field and building relationships face to face, not spending your days stuck behind a laptop.You’re someone who gets results through friendly collaboration and persistence.You’re comfortable with ambiguity and take calculated risks.You have a growth mindset and genuinely enjoy doing great.Ideal ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who knows what it’s like to build something from the ground up.You must have:3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail-focused industries.Proven success managing and growing relationships with retailers or foodservice organisations.A strategic commercial mindset, you can own a P&L, forecast accurately, and spot growth opportunities others might miss.Experience calling on retail stores and/or managing key or national accounts.Comfortable working in the field, including occasional weekends and event-based schedules.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel as needed for accounts, store visits, and festivals.Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Full clean driving licence.Why Join UsAt Blanco Niño, you’ll be part of a small, ambitious, and values-driven team making a real impact, not just in the food industry, but in the world of sustainable agriculture.This role gives you a high degree of autonomy to shape the future of our business in Ireland while working with people who care deeply about doing things the right way.BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance bonus.Pension contribution.Generous product allowance (our chips are seriously tasty).
