Job Description:
Travel to Baltimore MD site + PA/DE sites
Under the supervision of a Project Manager, Sr. Industrial Electrician or Industrial Supervisor, performs various tasks related to the layout and installation of industrial electrical systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Works from construction drawings (electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.) to install branch power, lighting, and distribution systems.
2. Safeguards and maintains company equipment, materials, tools, and vehicles.
3. Collaborates with subcontractors and outside services.
4. Ensures safety in hazardous environments, following all protocols and SDS.
5. Installs PLC, motor controls, cables, and cable trays within classified areas.
6. Operates multimeters, voltage meters, rotation meters, and meggers on various projects.
7. Requisitions materials as needed.

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; post-high school education desirable but not required.
* Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and ability to obtain Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson Licenses.
* Ability to read and apply construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics.
* Working knowledge of industrial environments.
* Good mechanical aptitude.
* Proficient in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, emails, and data entry.
* Knowledge of electrical trade, building and electrical codes, PLC, motor controls, cable, and cable tray installations in classified areas.
* Ability to coordinate with other trades.
* Confident, decisive, self-motivated.
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
* Must purchase and maintain personal tools as listed.
* Willing to drive company vehicles and travel regionally as needed.
Physical Requirements
* Working 40 hours/week, 8-10 hour shifts.
* Standing, climbing, kneeling, lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, walking, sitting as specified.
* Lifting up to 75 lbs. with specified frequencies.
* Repetitive hand and foot use, including grasping, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment.
* Good vision for blueprint reading and wire identification.
* Balance for working at heights.
* Ability to work in temperature extremes and exposure to dust, gases, fumes, and odors within PEL limits.
* Use of PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, boots, gloves, and other gear as needed.
