You'll act as a technical leader within cross‑functional teams, influencing design, driving validation excellence, and supporting high‑impact product development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver strategies to enhance software quality, performance, and test coverage.Provide expert support to Quality Engineering, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ISO standards.Lead Design Review and Functional Review processes for software products.Partner with R&D and Manufacturing to deliver design improvements and drive continuous enhancement.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.Skills & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 6–7 years' experience (or MS/MBA with equivalent experience).Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive change effectively.Strong knowledge of quality engineering, design controls, validation, and statistical methodologies.Excellent written communication with strong clarity and stakeholder awareness.Confident verbal communicator across individual and group environments.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using structured methodologies.Working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820 and core ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC Interested?
