Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to think critically and strategically, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing conflicting priorities, leading high-performing teams, ensuring quality deliverables on time.
They should also possess excellent technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, a high level of problem-solving skills using sound judgement,
a willingness to adapt quickly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards change.
Previous experience working in similar roles would be advantageous but not essential as long as they are able learn new things easily.
A degree/diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification coupled with several years' industry experience is necessary for success.
