Their platform connects learner drivers with vetted, rated instructors across Ireland, handling booking, payments, scheduling, and progress tracking through a mobile app. Having recently closed a pre‑seed round, they are in an active go‑to‑market phase. They are currently live across Leinster, expanding into Munster, and have two international pilots scheduled in the next 12 months. They are the first platform to own the full learner journey end‑to‑end within a large, fragmented, and undigitised market.The RoleOur client is bringing their marketing function in‑house for the first time. Working directly with the Head of Creative and reporting to the founder, you will own learner acquisition as the company moves into full go‑to‑market across Ireland and into new markets. You will be fully responsible for paid performance, organic growth, and building out new acquisition channels from the ground up. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in their Tallaght office, working alongside a small, focused team. Free on‑site parking is available.What You'll OwnDrive paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, managing strategy, execution, budget management, creative testing, and reporting.Take full ownership of core performance KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, payback period, and channel attribution, ensuring they are tracked, reported, and acted on weekly.Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion and reduce cost per acquisition.Manage SEO initiatives spanning keyword research, on‑page optimization, content briefing, and technical fixes.Build and manage referral programs for both learners and instructors, as well as influencer and creator partnerships in the Irish learner driver market.Develop affiliate channels with complementary partners such as theory test providers, insurance companies, and RSA resources.Deliver weekly performance reporting with clear recommendations, connecting spend to bookings and revenue.Create briefs and campaign direction in collaboration with the Head of Creative.Who We're Looking For (Must‑Haves)2+ years in a performance or growth marketing role, ideally at a consumer app, startup, or two‑sided marketplace.A proven track record running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; you can speak to ROAS, CAC, and conversion outcomes, not just activity.Solid understanding of core performance KPIs: CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, payback period, and attribution modelling.Comfortable owning and optimizing a monthly paid media budget alongside experience in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on‑page, content strategy, and basic technical auditing.Proficient in GA4 and ad platform analytics, and makes decisions from data.Strong written communication: briefs, ad copy, and performance reports all need to land clearly.Based in or able to commute to Tallaght, Dublin for a full‑time, on‑site role.Nice‑to‑HavesExperience growing both supply and demand sides of a marketplace.Familiarity with App Store Optimisation (ASO).Has built a referral or affiliate programme from scratch.Experience in the Irish or UK consumer market.AI‑focused and actively upskilling: using AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, content output, or reporting.
