You will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and lead a motivated team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. This is a hands-on, commercial role that requires strong leadership, retail acumen, and a passion for results.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives.Set clear expectations and KPIs for team members across all departments.Manage roster, attendance, and payroll processes efficiently.2. Customer Experience & Store StandardsChampion outstanding customer service across the store.Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are consistent with brand guidelines.Maintain impeccable store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.3. Store PerformanceTake ownership of store performance including sales targets, margins, and key KPIs.Analyse sales data, footfall, and conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities.Implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and customer retention.4. Operational ExcellenceOversee all daily operations including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.Ensure accurate implementation of company procedures, policies, and compliance.Conduct regular audits on pricing, inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.Manage deliveries, replenishment, stockroom organisation, and cycle counts.5. Staff ManagementParticipate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.Handle employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution.Maintain compliance with all company policies and legal obligations including Health & Safety, GDPR, and Employment Law.6. Visual Merchandising & PromotionsExecute company promotional plans, POS changes, and seasonal campaigns effectively.Adapt visual merchandising to suit local customer profiles and maximise sales.7. Health & Safety & SecurityMaintain a safe environment for customers and staff by adhering to Health & Safety regulations.Conduct regular risk assessments and emergency procedures.8.
