KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Site Leadership & Operational ExcellenceDevelop and implement site-specific strategic plans aligned with both service provider and client corporate objectivesDrive operational excellence through efficient facility management practices and process optimizationSet, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators related to service delivery, quality, safety, and cost-efficiencyLead the BFM teams in maintaining critical infrastructure to support uninterrupted manufacturing operationsEnsure business continuity through effective risk management strategies and contingency planningQuality & Regulatory ComplianceSupport client adherence to EU GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and all applicable regulatory requirementsServe as the primary service provider trepresentative during client regulatory inspections and auditsImplement quality management systems and compliance initiatives for facility operationsEnsure proper documentation practices throughout operations in FMStay current with evolving regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentsFinancial & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage annual site budgets, service delivery planning, and resource allocationIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standardsOptimize resource utilization across service teams to maximize efficiencyReport on financial performance metrics to regional leadership and client stakeholdersTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals across multiple technical disciplinesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellenceDrive employee engagement initiatives and talent development programsManage performance review processes and succession planningPromote safety awareness and maintain a safety-first culture throughout site operationsQualificationsProficiency in Building Fabric and Facility Management (FM) with the ability to oversee site operations and address client needs.Experience in Budgeting, including cost management and allocation of resources effectively.Knowledge and skills in Building Maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational functionality.Understanding of Energy Management & Sustainability practices to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience managing teams and projects.Familiarity with compliance frameworks in facilities and engineering is an advantage.Relevant qualifications in facility management, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
