The Purpose of the Role You'll provide highimpact administrative and operational support to the Factory Manager/Vice President, helping drive site and factory goals.
The role keeps daily operations running smoothly through strong coordination, clear communication, and a consistent operating rhythm.
You function as an extension of the Factory Manager/VP, supporting decisionmaking, prioritisation, and alignment across site, regional, and corporate stakeholders.
Person Specification High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problemsolving ability Proven administrative and organisational skills Work Schedule 39-hour regular working week (Monday to Friday) Principal Duties and Responsibilities Act as the primary administrative partner to the Factory Manager / VP.
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, priorities, and commitments across global time zones (Ireland, US, Asia).
Coordinate leadership meetings including Staff Meetings, Ops Reviews, and Corporate Reviews.
Prepare agendas, leadership decks, pre-reads, and briefing materials aligned to Intel standards.
Capture actions, decisions, and commitments; track follow-through to closure Support execution of the factory operating cadence (daily, weekly, monthly).
Coordinate cross-functional engagement across Manufacturing, Engineering, TD, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and EHS.
Track key milestones, commitments, and deliverables as directed by the VP.
Support site-wide initiatives, transformation programs, and priority projects.
Serve as a key communication conduit between the Factory Manager / VP and internal stakeholders.
Draft, review, and distribute executive communications, site updates, and leadership messages.
Ensure alignment with the Customer's corporate priorities, site goals, and factory objectives.
Coordinate logistics and communications for corporate leadership visits, audits, and customer engagements.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for leadership team members and key staff as required.
Maintain accurate and well-organized records in Customer's systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, internal tools).
Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and business-critical information with discretion.
Ensure adherence to Customer policies, export control requirements, data privacy, and security protocols.
Support compliance activities related to audits, safety reviews, and regulatory engagements as required.
