Wedding and Event Coordinator Role
This position plays a pivotal part in the planning, organisation and execution of weddings and events at an esteemed venue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with each couple to understand their vision, preferences and requirements.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with couples and suppliers.
3. Develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines and layouts, to ensure smooth event execution.
4. Liaise closely with the Head Chef and staff on the lead up to and on the day of the event.
5. Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to meet all requirements.
6. Ensure seamless execution of the event.
7. Attend post-event review meetings to discuss outcomes and improvements.
