A growing renewables-led engineering business is looking for an Operations Manager to take real ownership of how things run — from supply chain and logistics through to people, processes and performance.
You'll sit at the centre of the business, turning plans into action. Making sure stock arrives when it should, projects move when they need to, costs stay under control and teams aren't tripping over inefficiencies that "have always been that way".
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll shape systems, set standards, lead people and continuously improve how the operation scales — without losing quality or safety along the way.
Operations Manager Duties:
* Run day-to-day operations across procurement, warehousing and delivery
* Tighten processes, reduce waste and improve margins
* Lead, develop and challenge a multi-disciplinary team
* Own health & safety, compliance and operational performance
* Work closely with technical and commercial teams to support growth

* A business where efficiency, planning and accountability matter
