There’s plenty of room to try new things, learn on the job, and shift into different paths as your interests evolve.They’re privately owned so there’s no shareholders or investors demanding that graph go up.Day to DayDesigning and delivering architecture for the entire division, including contact center tools, desktop tools, and all the related bits and piecesDefining patterns, solutions, and standards that actually get used (because they’re good)Liaising with tech leads, product teams, and leadership to create efficient, scalable solutionsKeeping an eye on the big picture.What you bring to the party:10+ years experience in closely related engineering role5+ years’ experience as a solution architect.Very strong knowledge and experience of large-scale contact centers (the larger the better).
