What You'll Do* Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls* Research and identify high-potential prospects in target markets.* Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline in our CRM.* Craft personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Growth & Sales team.* Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and outreach strategies.* Track outreach performance and keep CRM data clean and updated.* Assist in creating and optimizing outreach templates and workflows. What We're Looking For*1–2 years* of experience in Sales Outreach, Lead Generation, or SDR/BDR roles.* Strong written & verbal communication skills.* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.* Understanding of B2B outreach funnels and ICP targeting.* Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive/Salesforce).* Research-driven mindset with attention to detail.* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team. Bonus Points If You Have* Experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist,, or similar.* Exposure to SaaS or tech sales environments.* Ability to analyze outreach metrics and recommend improvements.* Creativity in writing personalized outreach messages.
