Job Opportunity: Autonomous Researcher
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our multidisciplinary team on several national and international projects.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality scientific research aligned with the goals of our centre, developing novel methodologies for autonomous energy management systems, collaborating with other researchers and industry partners on interdisciplinary projects, and publishing research results in top-tier international journals and conferences.
Key to the success of this project is the ability of the candidate to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and able to contribute to a dynamic research environment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-quality scientific research that meets the goals of the MaREI Centre.
* Develop and implement novel methodologies for autonomous energy management systems.
* Collaborate with other researchers and industry partners on interdisciplinary projects.
* Publish research results in top-tier international journals and conferences.
The researcher will be working within a multidisciplinary team on several national and international projects, including the EU Horizon 2020 funded AUTONOMY project. They will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources, and will be encouraged to develop their skills and expertise through training and development opportunities.
