Joinery Specialist
We are seeking a skilled joinery specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and be able to work on various projects.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all aspects of joinery, including first fix, second fix, fit out, finishing, and snagging work.
They will also be required to report to the site manager each day and provide updates on their progress.
* First fix: installing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
* Second fix: installing fixtures, fittings, and appliances
* Fit out: installing finishes such as flooring, walls, and ceilings
* Finishing: applying final coats of paint, varnish, or other finishes
* Snagging: identifying and rectifying any defects or issues with the finished product
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a valid CSR card and be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and expertise in joinery.
They will also need to have a clean driving license and be able to transport themselves to and from the workplace.
Additionally, they will need to have their own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively.
