ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager has accountability for leading a cross functional team in conjunction with the technical lead to support projects such as: New Product Introduction, Product Technical Transfers, Large Productivity Initiatives, or deployment of new technology.
Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan.
Partnering with the technical lead to ensure all goals and timelines are met.
Effectively communicating and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively managing issues, proposing and implementing plans to resolve issues.
Identify, propose, and support solutions for improvements within Business Processes and technical changes as appropriate.
Utilise PM and/or six sigma methodologies as needed.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH? Qualification in an Engineering or Scientific field (process chemistry or chemical engineering preferably) with demonstrated experience of complex technical project delivery.
Previous experience in the delivery of technical projects in a pharmaceutical environment.
New product introduction experience is preferable.
