Vulnerability Scanning Lead Overview
A leading financial organisation is looking to bolster its cyber defence function with a Vulnerability Scanning Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise, refine and oversee vulnerability scanning across a broad technical environment.
* Review scan output, validate findings, and support response teams during investigation.
* Help improve scanning reliability, performance and coverage through ongoing enhancement initiatives.
* Participate in evaluating new scanning approaches and assist with proof-of-concept testing.
* Identify detection issues or gaps and collaborate with technical teams to implement fixes.
* Liaise with tool vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Track operational issues and support reporting on routine scanning activities.
