The Stockroom Team Lead will drive operational excellence, team performance, and exceptional service standards while supporting the store's sustainability and innovation goals.Responsibilities include:Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring all goods are received, processed, and distributed accurately and on timeLead, motivate, and develop the stockroom team to deliver high performance and maintain exceptional standardsLiaise with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth coordination of deliveries, maintenance, and logisticsMaintain accurate stock records, manage RTVs, and resolve stock discrepancies promptlyPlan and optimize stockroom space, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant storage practicesEnsure Health & Safety standards and risk assessments are adhered to across all stockroom areasSupport maintenance operations, including contractor coordination, store audits, and facility reportingDeliver exceptional internal customer service, ensuring all teams receive timely support and informationPromote sustainable waste management and support the company's environmental objectivesMonitor and report on KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gainsEnsure security procedures are followed to protect company assets and maintain complianceCollaborate with Visual Merchandising and Management Teams on floor moves, events, and promotional activitiesChampion a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning across the back-of-house teamKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a retail or logistics environmentStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent organizational, planning, and time management abilitiesStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyEffective problem-solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environmentHigh level of digital literacy and confidence using stock management systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationshipsA proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountabilityCommitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous improvementKNOW WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWe believe that every team member should have the opportunity to curate a meaningful career that enhances professional and personal development.
