NJO Designs – Supplier of own label fine jewellery to the Irish jewellery trade.

The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an In house Order Fulfilment Assistant to join the team in NJO Designs on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing essential administrative support to the office and production teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, process and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with company guidelines
Prepare invoices and shipping documentation required for each order
Coordinate shipments with courier and delivery partners.
Monitor order status and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Assist with stock takes and inventory audits.
Handle product returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries from customers in a professional manner
Carry out any additional ad hoc duties to support the team function when required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in jewellery, manufacturing or an e-commerce role desirable
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
