The Role
We are seeking a
Marketing Executive
to support across all areas of marketing operations and campaign execution. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering high-impact marketing, go-to-market, and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and a strong ability to execute across digital, social, content, and CRM-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Manage day-to-day campaign operations and delivery timelines.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Oversee social media channels, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
* Coordinate digital marketing and website updates with agencies.
* Manage creation of brand assets, marketing materials, and paid media campaigns.
* Support content development for sales enablement, blogs, and communications.
* Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and manage email marketing campaigns and automations.
* Support customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
* Organise company participation in events, conferences, and sponsorships.
* Prepare marketing plans, reports, and campaign performance insights.
Key Requirements
* 3-4 years in marketing roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
* Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns and manage digital marketing projects.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, automation, and analytics tools.
* Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create compelling presentations and marketing assets.
* Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated by working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
* Experience supporting or working directly with senior management.
