Audit Director – Financial Services

The Role
As Audit Director, you will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to lead audit engagements, develop client relationships, and expand the firm's financial services offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage insurance audit engagements from planning to completion
* Act as a technical expert (including IFRS 17 & regulatory reporting)
* Manage, coach, and develop audit teams
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards
* Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
* Support business development and identify new opportunities
* Contribute to the strategic growth of the insurance audit practice
* Prepare audit opinions, group reporting, and audit committee papers
About You:
* Senior Manager or equivalent within Insurance / FS Audit
* Strong knowledge of insurance regulation & IFRS 17
* Ready to step up to Director level
* Confident client-facing leader with commercial awareness
* Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements
