We are seeking an experienced Transaction Relationship Manager to support Issuer Services within a global financial services environment. You will play a key role in managing transactions end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring deals are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage straight debt and structured finance transactions from review through to executionReview, negotiate, and manage transaction documentation including programme prospectuses, trust deeds, agency, escrow, account bank, custody, and pledge agreementsAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client transactionsEnsure accurate transaction setup, including cash and custody account opening and online banking arrangementsObtain all required approvals prior to deal closure, including KYC, deal review, sanctions screening, and internal sign-offsLiaise closely with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations teams during transaction implementationParticipate in deal review forums and support new business initiatives as requiredEnsure timely and accurate invoicing to support revenue generationSupport the Team Lead with ad hoc projects and initiativesSkills & Experience RequiredWorking knowledge of the corporate trust marketStrong understanding of transaction documentation and deal execution (legal experience is an advantage)General banking or financial services experienceProven transaction management, execution, and negotiation skillsStrong organisational and administrative capabilities with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
