Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:A business growth specialist is required to drive profitable expansion through key broker partnerships and client segments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a panel of brokers to increase digital, brokerage channel and client segment growth - Develop strategy and proposition for national regional brokers in Ireland focusing on Leinster region aligned with appetite - Ensure account planning with assigned broker panels including pipelines renewals - Collaborate between product distribution teams to enhance customer experience using AIG NPS Broker NPS market surveys.



Skillset Requirements:

- Broad-based insurance industry expertise preferably within the Irish UK markets - Strong analytical quantitative process systems skills backed by sound judgment able dynamically analyze data insights promote strategic decision-making - Ability influence internal external relationships effectively develop sustained organizational capabilities strategically
