About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead our quality assurance function. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement robust quality management systems aligned with international food safety regulations and industry standards.
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances and implementation of corrective actions.
* Oversee the effective monitoring and verification of critical control points across all operations.
* Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to support new product development and process validation.
* Conduct regular training for production and warehouse teams on hygiene and quality systems.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
* Strong background in Quality Assurance within the dairy industry.
* In-depth understanding of dairy processing technologies, microbiology, and industry-specific food safety regulations.
* Hands-on experience implementing and managing HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, and other recognized food safety management systems.
