Pig Farm Manager – Northern Ireland – £35,000 + Detached House – Overtime + Leadership Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pig Farm Manager to join a large-scale pig farming operation in Northern Ireland, managing between 10,000–20,000 pigs across multiple sites, including 8 out farms. This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring responsibility for all aspects of daily farm operations and oversight of flat decks or farrowing, depending on allocation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Feeding, serving, and caring for pigs
* Administering vaccinations and maintaining veterinary records
* Moving pigs between housing units
* Monitoring and supporting several out farms (main base is on core site)
* Supervising daily farm tasks and allocating duties to workers
* Ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
* Loading pigs for transport to the factory (including 2 am/3 am starts twice weekly, rotated among workers and paid as overtime)

The Package:
* Salary: £35,000 per annum (40 hours per week)
* Detached house included (utilities not covered, £100/week rent)
