This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of the maintenance function in a busy production environment. The role has arisen due to retirement and involves leading and managing a team of six mechanical and electrical engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee preventative maintenance routines to optimise performance
* To respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime
* To maintain accurate plant maintenance records
* To manage spares inventory, costs, and ordering
* To organise plant alterations and equipment installations
