Job Title: Post-Doctoral Researcher



The position of a Post-Doctoral Researcher is available in the Graduate School of Healthcare Management based at RCSI University of Medicine & Health Sciences.




About the Project:


* This role involves working with the study research team on a collaboration between RCSI GSM, School of Medicine, School of Population Health and Patient and Public representative to co-create a comprehensive framework for medical workforce planning in Ireland.



The Med-SMART study aims to inform future policy on medical workforce planning and configuration in Ireland by conducting three work packages. This includes a scoping review, baseline case studies and participant workshops for stakeholders as part of collaborative efforts to determine behaviour change theory-informed enablers and barriers to implementation.





Responsibilities:
