Senior Architectural Technologist - Data Centres - Dublin City Centre

Our Client is an award-winning practice with offices all around the country, they are currently working on some of the largest projects in Ireland.
They currently have some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious architect to work at a practice with structured professional development and excellent promotion opportunities.
Their head office conveniently located in the city center right beside a dart station, luas and key bus routes.
Responsible for the production of design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals & other documentation required in an agreed timeframe and will liaise with the Client, Construction Team and other stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to the construction team.
Design and Draft in both CAD and Revit
Requirements
Ability to manage and deliver complex projects from RIAI workstages 1-8
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD essential - Adobe, Sketchup and MS Office skills are an advantage
Excellent technical ability and design skills, demonstrable through previous project experience essential
Ability to manage time to meet both project and team requirements
Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast- paced environment
Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects is a benefit
A team collaborator, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the design team and other consultants
An effective motivator, able to lead, coach and provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team
Ability to direct, oversee and check the output of junior team members
Excellent organisational skills, able to achieve deliverables on time and within project constraints, identifying opportunities for improvement and anticipating risks and issues ahead of time
Package
Salary €45k - €65k negotiable based on experience
