Senior Financial Leadership Role
The Senior Financial Controller will oversee financial management processes, providing timely and accurate insights for strategic decision-making.
They will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies, manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and enhance financial performance.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, lead and mentor a finance team, and contribute to business growth and success.
* Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* 5+ years post-qualification experience in financial services, preferably in insurance
* Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Controller
* Experience working in regulated entities and familiarity with relevant returns
* Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver results within deadlines
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
