Property Solicitor Opportunity

Responsibilities:
• Managing commercial and private client conveyancing files
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Conducting title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts
• Meeting KPIs and billing targets
• Supporting the provision of high-quality legal services to clients
• Case management and monitoring key dates
• Ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently
Desirable Skills and Expertise:
• Experience with insolvency/receivership conveyancing
• Familiarity with case management systems, particularly Practice Evolve
Essential Qualifications:
• A high level of motivation and ability to act independently
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail and strong client focus
