The primary function is to deliver high-quality cleaning and painting works across the property. In addition, the post holder will act as the sole on-site Duty Manager, with responsibility for supervision, safeguarding oversight, emergency response, access control, and incident reporting.At times, the post holder will be the only staff member on site, particularly during overnight shifts. The successful candidate must therefore demonstrate sound judgement, calm decision-making, professionalism, and a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.Senior management are available remotely at all times and can attend site if escalation or additional support is required.Key Responsibilities1. Cleaning, Maintenance & Painting (Primary Role)Carry out daily and deep cleaning of:Communal areasBedroomsBathroomsOffices and staff areasMaintain consistently high standards of hygiene and presentationPaint bedrooms, corridors, and communal areas to a neat and durable professional standardPrepare rooms for new occupants, including cleaning, painting, and presentationIdentify and report maintenance or repair issues promptlyUse cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriatelyWork independently with initiative and attention to detail2.
