Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel front desk. As Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our guests by efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Multitasking and time management – You will be required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as checking guests in and out, handling phone calls, and responding to email inquiries.
* Customer service skills – You will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience throughout their stay. This includes resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during their visit.
* Attention to detail – You will maintain attention to detail when processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and completing paperwork.
* Adaptability and flexibility – You will be required to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
