Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the site maintenance programme and supervise a team of maintenance fitters and electricians. The successful candidate will manage maintenance planning and scheduling, drive world-class reliability across all production systems, and enhance maintenance performance.

Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the site
2. Work closely with engineering, production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
3. Maintain accurate work orders, asset information in the CMMS system
