Job Description
As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing the main reception area and providing a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You will also be required to manage contractors and associated paperwork, handle queries from visitors and guests, control the issuance of keys to staff members, monitor and adjust access control systems, assist patients as needed, and perform various other duties related to site security.
Key Qualifications:
* Must hold a valid Private Security Authority License - Static
* Minimum 6 months industry experience
* Basic IT Skills, comfortable operating software applications
* Healthcare experiences an advantage
* Manage front of house reception / Information desk
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work on own initiative
