"," The Portfolio Management Team maintains the books and records for collateral managers that have outsourced middle office operations. As the primary point of contact, the Institutional Asset Administrator administers collateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall payments, reporting, and compliance testing.
* Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
* Support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing
* Solve complex problems through research and/or communications with clients, liaisons, and internal teams
* Guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
* Typically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility
* Knowledge/experience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust systems
* Understanding and direct work experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)
