About This Role:
This Deputy Store Manager position is a key leadership role within our retail team. As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure that we consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Support the management of inventory levels and stockroom organization. Maintain excellent shop floor presentation by managing visual merchandising displays and maintaining high standards in all areas of the store.
* Liaise with suppliers, manage stock orders, maintain accurate records, and handle any discrepancies or queries regarding goods received.
* Tackle problem-solving tasks efficiently while also being proactive about anticipating potential problems before they arise.
