Job Title: Senior Culinary Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Assistant to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, with expertise in food preparation and presentation. They should be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This includes preparing ingredients, cooking meals to order, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
