Overview
We are recruiting for part-time Floor staff for our gorgeous cafe in our location at Avoca Village.
Duties
* Clearing & setting up tables
* Restocking and replenishing as needed
* Customer service & ensuring they are well looked after
* Customer Service – A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person, via phone, etc.
* Previous experience working in the food industry desirable
* Till use – scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner
* Good food/retail product knowledge
* Following HACCP, Health and Safety Procedures, ensuring completion of training in all areas (training provided)
* Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
Requirements
* Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
* Experience working in a physically demanding environment
* Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
* Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
