€35,000 – €40,000 + commission
A growing consumer products organisation is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage and develop a territory across Galway and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to build a long-term career in field sales and account development. The role combines relationship management, territory growth, new business acquisition and in-store execution across an established retail customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with retail customers and key decision-makers across your territory
Increase product distribution, visibility and sales performance within existing accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence
Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives in-store
Manage a structured call cycle and territory plan to maximise customer coverage
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support commercial decisions
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
Work towards sales, distribution and performance targets
About You
1-3 years’ experience in sales, retail, FMCG or another customer-facing commercial environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Organised, target-driven and comfortable working independently
Keen to develop a career in business development and field sales
Full clean driving license required
