This is a key position within our HR department responsible for creating high-quality learning experiences that foster continuous growth. The successful candidate will have experience in training, instructional design or L&D (e.g., internships, projects or 0-2 years professional experience). Key responsibilities include designing impactful learning programmes, facilitating workshops/webinars/trainings as required, conducting needs analysis/training requirements assessments.
