We are looking for an established Chef De Partie to join a well established Kildare hotel.
This role is ideal for a Chef De Partie with a hotel or bistro style background who is looking to utilise their skills in a highly regarded kitchen brigade.
Your responsibilities
Oversee and manage a specific section within a busy kitchen
Assist the head and sous chef as required, ensuring consistency and quality throughout
Maintain a clean work environment and oversee HACCP and Food Safety within your section.
Train and mentor junior and commis chefs to support and develop their skills
What we're looking for
A proven Chef De Partie with a desire to produce good quality food who will stand over their section
Good communication and teamwork skills ( Fluent English essential)
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
