Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Care Team Leader located in Dublin. The Social Care Team Leader will oversee and support the daily operations of the care team, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to organizational policies. Responsibilities include managing team performance, guiding and mentoring staff, ensuring the well-being of young people, coordinating case management plans, and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for all individuals under care.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in Social Care and a strong understanding of National Standards.
* Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff development
* Ability to effectively plan, organize, and monitor placement plans.
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members, young people, and other stakeholders
* A Bachelor's degree or qualification in Social Care or a related field.
* Registration with CORU is essential for this role
* Previous experience in children's residential services or similar care settings is highly beneficial
