Operations Management Role
This role requires an experienced and enthusiastic individual to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Director to achieve budgets, targets, and strategic planning objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development, driving sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.
Additionally, the Operations Manager will deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2–3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems.
* Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
