Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive full-cycle recruitment and help shape a strong talent pipeline across multiple business areas for a high growth organisation.
This is a fast-paced hands-on role, ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys partnering with managers and delivering great hiring experiences.
This will be a daily rate contract position, which is fully remote with occasional travel to Dublin What You'll Do: • Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new resources with HR Governance and Strategic Resource teams • Manage candidate communications, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external hires • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and provide regular reports to management and HR • Support Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities, including representing the company at careers events • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with GDPR and data clearance requests • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation What You'll Bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment functions • Strong ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent planning and organisational abilities • Flexible team player with experience If you are happy to consider a contractor opportunity and have suitable skills, get in touch with your CV to be considered.
