Job Purpose: To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents.
We currently have a number of full‑time positions at Dunlavin Nursing Home – Kilcullen St, Dunlavin, Co Wicklow W91 P3C6. The role is a full‑time Health Care Assistant. In this role, you will:
* Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents' quality of life.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents' preferences and needs.
* Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene and safe practices.
* Engage residents.
Desirable Qualifications
* FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
* Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
* At least one year's experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
