Vehicle Compound Co Ordinator
Ayvens is Ireland’s largest vehicle solutions provider, managing an extensive fleet of Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Vehicle Compound Co-Ordinator.
Job Purpose
The Vehicle Compound Co-ordinator will oversee daily activities and enquiries in the Remarketing compound, focusing on administration, communication, compound management, stock control, transport, and logistics. The successful candidate will be a key member of the car remarketing team.
Tasks
1. Provide administrative and communication support to the car remarketing team.
2. Manage suppliers to optimize efficiency.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Manage the vehicle sales process.
5. Conduct return vehicle inspections.
6. Perform weekly stock management checks across all sites.
7. Address internal customer queries.
8. Perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Hold a full, clean driver’s license for at least two years.
* Good knowledge of all makes of commercial and passenger vehicles.
* Understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory control.
* Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; high IT literacy.
* Flexible, willing to undertake various tasks, work outdoors, and work additional hours as needed.
* Team player committed to shared objectives.
* Driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable to new challenges.
