Seeking experienced professionals to analyze and interpret data for a dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to identify trends and patterns, escalate issues outside company policy to the global team, and suggest solutions to inefficiencies in workflows.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse, and becoming knowledgeable about client products and community standards. The successful candidate will use market-specific knowledge to improve the support of our community of users and gather relevant data to develop ways to enhance the user experience.
Language Skills:
* Fluent in the market language on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Advanced level of English (C1)
This is a full-time, permanent contract with competitive salary, private healthcare, pension contribution, 25 days of annual leave, extensive training, and access to CPL's Wellness Programme.
Working hours will be either day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
